In the previous lessons we learned how to order Japanese food in Mandarin Chinese. In this lesson you will lean about spicy food: Korean and Szechwan dishes. Download the PDF transcript of this lesson so you won’t miss the additional details not included in the audio.

Hi Serge,
I just want to vent my appreciation for your course. I’ve been learning
Mandarin for about 3 years; I started out with Pimsleur, which I found to be a good introduction, but sparse in relation to grammatical explanation.I think a lot of people probably have a problem with where to go after Pimsleur – I tried Rosettastone, which I only found good for learning and retaining vocabulary; I also flirted with Chinesepod, but found their ‘sexed-up’ trendy approach off-putting.
In my opinion your approach and method is the best, and I’ll be staying
with you for as long as you continue to put out lessons.
Cheers!
Graham
